Cardiff's Millennium Stadium is set for a busy
spring. There's the annual spectacle of Wales Six Nations
Rugby clashes, this year we play England (4 February) and Ireland
(12 March). We're also due to play England on 26 March, only
this time the sport is Football.
But for many the highlight of the spring schedule will be the
Millennium Magic weekend. On 12 & 13 February, the first
round of 2011's Rugby League Super League takes place under one
roof (literally). There'll be plenty of passion, atmosphere
as well as pulsating games to keep the crowds occupied.
The weekend's games feature a repeat of last season's Grand Final
as Wigan Warriors, take on St Helens under the Millennium Stadium
roof on the Saturday evening (7pm). Local rivalries will also come
to the fore with Hull FC versus Hull Kingston Rovers, Castleford
Tigers against Wakefield Trinity Wildcats and Leeds Rhinos locking
horns against Bradford Bulls also forming part of a mouthwatering
schedule of games.
