And so it's time for our third idea of things to do
during the holidays to keep the little ones occupied (in case you
missed them number one was Techniquest
and number two was Big
Pit).
Today it's the turn of Greenmeadow Farm near Cwmbran. Set in
over 120 acres, Greenmeadow has been a working farm for over 250
years. Today it's home to a wide range of pedigree
and rare animals which you can come and meet up
close.
The traditional farm animals are all here - cows, pigs,
sheep and goats as well as some slightly more unusual residents
such as Alpacas and Llamas.
Children can have fun watching the milking demonstrations, bottle
feeding the goats and meeting newly hatched chicks.
Greenmeadow is a great Farm-ily Day Out.
